If a rental agreement is canceled and not rescheduled to a later date at the time of cancelation (and no later than 4 days before the event), then Peninsula Family Skating Center reserves the right to charge the stated cancelation fee as a non-refundable fee and non-transferable deposit. Please allow 3-5 days for processing of cancellations and refunds.  If failure to show on the scheduled date, we reserve the right to keep the stated cancellation fee and the event cannot be rescheduled for a later date.

No food and drink may be allowed in the building besides a cake and/or cupcakes. Peninsula Family Skating Center has a snack bar that sells concessions during general session and a snack bar attendant is available as an add-on service for building rentals. 

There are NO outside  balloons permitted. Balloons are offered as an add-on item

We reserve the right to charge a $75 non-refundable fee for any parties and/or building rentals that stay beyond their booked time and/or do not clean up the party room prior to their exit. 

ALL guests who enter the rink regardless of whether they skate or not must be counted in your party package (Basic, Deluxe, Ultimate) or pay an admission fee at the door on the day of the event. For more info, please see the non-skater/observer policy: https://pfskate.com/non-skater-policy

25 guests is the max number of pre-paid guests for any party package. Due to the size limitations of party rooms, we are unable to accommodate parties greater than 25. We recommend booking a private building rental for parties requiring more than 25 guests total: https://pfskate.com/book-a-party

The Guest of Honor (1 person only) receives complimentary admission and does not count toward your guest total 

1. Booking/rental time is inclusive of setup and breakdown time. We allow complimentary entry 10 minutes prior to booking/rental time as a courtesy.
2. The host/hostess will direct you to your room. The guests will then go in and get their skates and start skating. 
3. Decorations that are taped, stapled, nailed or glued to the  walls are not permitted. Table decorations (e.g. table settings, table cloths) are allowed. Table and standing floor decorations (e.g. table settings, table cloths, stand alone backdrops) are allowed. Balloons (except those provided by the rink vendor) are not permitted. 
4. If any guests arrive after the host/hostess stops letting them in, then guests will have to wait in line with other customers.

6. The party room use is unlimited during the skating session. We ask that you please exit the room as soon as the session ends so that we can prepare for the next session. 
7. No outside food or drinks are allowed. We do allow cakes/cupcakes. 
8. Regular skate rental is complimentary for all included guests with the party package (this excludes building rentals which do not include skate rentals and must be purchased separately). If guests would like speed skates or inline rentals they will be charged full price (Note: If guests bring their own skates they will not receive the skate rental ticket.) 
9. All personal skates are subject to inspection before entrance.
10. The host will bring over pizzas and drinks that are included in the party package. 
11. The host/hostess does not stay in the party room and is not responsible for cake cutting or other food/drink distribution. 
12. Your party package is based on the specific number for your package regardless of the number of guests attending (e.g. the basic package is for 10 guests even if you only have 9 guests). 
13. Parents/guardians, friends, family and other party guests that have their own skates must pay the party guest fee of $12 or admission price at the door even if they are with the party.  
14. Parents/guardians, friends, family and other party guests that do not wish to skate (i.e. party observers only) must pay the party guest fee of $12 or admission price at the door even if they are with the party.  
15. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
16. All skaters skate at their own risk. PFSC is not liable for any accidents or injury and will not issue any refunds (e.g. booking, admission, skate rental) due to injury or accidents. A waiver is required for all party guests: https://peninsulafamilyskatingcenter.pcsparty.com/sign
